The mobile crushing plant is suitable for processing construction waste, basalt, granite, fly ash, cement clinker, river pebble, limestone, iron ore, bauxite, quartz sand, coal gangue, and other materials.
Working principle
The mobile crusher can adopt the “first crushing and then screening” process, or the “first screening and then crushing” process. Since it is quite flexible, the crushing station can be combined into a two-stage screening system of coarse crushing and fine crushing according to actual needs, or a three-stage system of coarse, medium and fine crushing. It can be used in large stone yards where the materials are first crushed in the yard and then transported. The reliability is greatly enhanced especially when the material is transported by a belt conveyor and a transfer bin; therefore, it is a relatively reliable and economical method of stone crushing and transportation.
The operation of combined mobile crushing plants
The multi-stage combined mobile crushing station is a good choice for small and medium production demands, frequently moved working environment and independent stone production according to customer's demands. It mainly consists of a vibrating screen, the jaw crusher, the cone crusher and the impact crusher according to coarse crushing, medium crushing or fine crushing. The diversified secondary crushing station can load, transport and screen materials by itself and completes the operation in an all-around way. At the same time, according to different requirements of customers and various conditions of operating sites, we can provide a complete set of solutions, and optimize the combination of various crushers, screens and conveyors.
